Overtake 19 opponents in 27 laps even at very twisty Sachsenring, very technical, twisty and hilly circuit needs really good riding skills that Jakub Kornfeil show in today´s race.

Kubajz and his team could be happy with 3 points after checquered flag ended 125cc race. He is especialy pleased with today´s race performance that started with couple problems but was finished successfully.

Jakub Kornfeil: Depsite my starting position my start was not too bad. I was able to take many positions, but when I was going down from the the hill I have suddenly noticed a smoke coming from my bike so I decided to pull the clutch and let a couple riders to go in front. The first moment I thought my engine is broken again or my radiator is damaged and my race ends in these early stages. Then it seemed quite okay, depsite I did not know what is going on with my bike I just continued racing for lost positons. Because of this problem situation was even worse than on the start. After the first lap I thought that I am last, but I was only 32nd. Then I started closing gaps that stopped on 18th place, because groups were very ragged. When it was 10 laps to go, I was closer and closer to group fighting for points and I really did not want to leave Sachsen with no points and in last 5 laps in points position I tried to avoid any mistake. I made one in braking and that was the moment I got to know it is needless gamble. Problem with the smoke from my bike was really banal. When mechanics were changing my radiator, it is neccessary to give there a small carbon pad and this pad was touchnig with brakes every lap and that caused the smoke. If I knew that, I could be better, but it is too late now. I think I may be happy, because to overtake 19 riders is not really usuall fact. Okay, If there was not a crash I would be 15th. My team mate was pushing hard to overtake Spaniard Martín in the end they had an accident. They both appeared out of the track and I am taking 3points that I am very about. I am still little bit upset about qualifying practice, because everything could be different, Sachsenring fits me perfectly.
