Let´s go downhill

Little rain that appears in this year´s GP of Valenci caused Jakub Kornfeil´s 24th position, the spot from down of the hill.

Nothing special, but at least culmination of this year that will be a drama of very last race for 125class, where we still don´t have the world champion. If the weather influences the race again, It will be definitely very interesting race that may bring many surprises.

Jakub Kornfeil: The whole weekned has been quite strange and It is not only due to weather conditions. The circuit here in Valencia simply does not fit me and seems to be ´´boring´´ for me. I am not a type of a person that complains a lot, but if just a couple drops appears, it s confusing and you don´t whether ride on dry or wet. Before the QP it started to rain havily and it was sure that we have to take a wet setting of the bike. These conditions just did not fit me at all. Before the and of the practice I entered the pits and we let only wet tyres on, we also softered the setting to feel better on the bike. Then the rain stopped and the track was drying very quickly and feeling of my bike was the same. I did not notice any changes on the tarmac as well so It still was a wet conditions for me. I was getting faster but not very much. At the end I was not able to do anything with it and I finished the practice with the wet tyres on a dry tarmac. The results shows that it was not only that did not recognised that. It may seem strangly that the rider is not able to see a wet and a dry racetrack, someone may to concider this situation as a shame, but it really sometimes happens. Tomorrow´s spot is somewhere under the hill so it will be definitely very big range to first corner. If I prefer wet or dry race? I would prefer dry, because I know how it slides on wet here. I crashed on Friday and banged to my head. My neck and wrists is still painful, but I do not see it as a handicap. Hopefuly it will be able to do something with that. Maybe I could beat my recond of passing my opponents.
