Oh F....k, what a hot!

Aka how Mr. Kornfeil jr. scores another points in Malaysian unbelievable hot. No fairytale, but hard reality that deleted Jakub´s upset feelings from Pacafic tour.

Depsite conditions that would knock off a buffalo as well Jakub was quite fresh after the race in Malaysia. Sweat was flowing down but Jakub was smiling.125cc class had a  modified time schedule because of time collision with F1 race in Japan and started at 1:00 pm in the afternoon. Okay, I was beautiful weather but the worst time for racing. High temperature and great humidity were definitely off charging factors. I am usually very Řitic about myself, but with today´s race I am happy. First three laps I did not make as I expected, but then storming ride from 19th spot to final 14th where photofinish was in need to decide.

Jakub Kornfeil: Since morning today has been very positive. Warm up session meant 14th spot for me that was a nice feeling. To be honest It gave me some confidence for a race. I made a good start as ussual but during second and third lap even big moments were involved in these hot early stages that caused drop down, but I do agree It was only my mistake. I was not able to pass Dutch ride Iwema and group in front of him escaped little bit. After this trouble I found rythm how to continue and started chasing down my german rival Marcel Schrotter. He was losing his big advantage lap by lap. In the last lap I tried to pass him and use out some his mistakes. Last corner was difficult I supposed he wants to make a move so I had to defend inside line. Exiting of the last corner was very tough he was pushing me out of the track but we were approaching to finish line very quickly. It was so close and photofinish had to decide about our positions, but I won this battle for a thousand of a second. I am 17 in current standings again which is positive.
